Late last week the United States Supreme Court handed down its long-anticipated gun control decision in District of Columbia v. Heller. In the Court’s opinion, a book edited by Prof. Bogus is cited on pages 6, 16, and 20 of Justice Scalia’s majority opinion, while an amicus brief on behalf of a panel of distinguished historians for which he was Counsel is cited in on page 30 of Justice Stevens’ dissent.
